Usage and Configuration of Inflatable Cartoon Mascots

An inflatable cartoon mascot is a costume that inflates with air, similar to a balloon, to create a full cartoon character shape. It has the following features:The interior space of the mascot costume is large, so it does not create a feeling of pressure for the wearer.It can be folded into a small size for storage, making transportation easier and reducing carrying pressure.

1. How to Use the Inflatable Mascot

When using the mascot for an event:Open the zipper and step inside the costume.Fix your feet inside the mascot’s shoe covers, or you can extend your feet through the opening at the bottom and walk using your own shoes.Inside the mascot costume there is a strap designed specifically to hold the inflatable fan, which supplies air to the costume.

 Put on the fan strap and adjust it to a suitable length so it can support the fan’s weight. It should not be too tight, otherwise it may cause dents in the inflatable costume.

Close the zipper, then connect the battery and the fan wires according to the positive and negative terminals (red wire to red connector). Make sure not to reverse the connection.

The fan is used to inflate the air-filled costume. It usually takes about 15–20 seconds to inflate. You can secure the connection with tape if necessary.

After about 2 minutes, the costume will be fully inflated, allowing the performer to walk freely and perform various actions.

Standard configuration for an inflatable mascot includes:1 mascot fan；1 charger；1 battery；

There are two types of batteries available: standard lead-acid batteries and high-end lithium batteries. Lithium batteries are lighter and more portable.

2. Battery Usage and Charging

The standard battery configuration is usually 12V 8–9AH.

Each battery can typically operate for about 2 hours.

If the promotional event lasts longer than 2 hours, it is recommended to prepare an additional spare battery for replacement.

You may also choose a higher-capacity battery depending on the expected usage time.

It usually takes about 8 hours to fully charge the battery.

If the battery is not used for a long period, it should be charged and discharged about once a week to extend its service life.

3. Internal Structure of the Inflatable Mascot

Inside the inflatable mascot costume, there are components such as:Shoulder straps；Battery ；pack；Fan；Boots.

The shoulder straps help secure the inflatable suit and can be adjusted according to the performer’s height.

The battery is stored in a special pouch and can be firmly attached to the performer’s body.

The boots come with adjustable straps to ensure a comfortable fit for the wearer.

⚠ Note: Batteries cannot be shipped by air. If the mascot will be used in another city, it is recommended to ship the battery in advance via ground transportation or purchase the battery locally.
