Absolutely! We specialize in bringing your ideas to life. You can provide us with sketches, images, or descriptions, and our design team will work with you to create the perfect inflatable.

3.How do I start the process of ordering a custom inflatable?

Ordering form Inflatable is a simple process, such as the tents, cans, bottles, cubes,balls.

Simply offer the following information to our sales department:

Quantity.

Size.

Image/logo.

If a shipping quote is required, please include destination zip code.

Once we received your information, we will get back to you in the next 24~48 hours with the price quote and mock-up.

For customized inflatable giant cartoon figures, mascots, animals, or other artistic shapes can be more complex, please contact us to have a detailed discussion and we will make a mock-up for you to make your imagine or design comes true.

5.Do you offer warranties on your inflatables?

Yes, we offer a standard warranty on all our inflatables. The period varies depending on the type of inflatable and the warranty covers manufacturing defects, but does not include damage from improper use, storage, or maintenance. Repair kit can be offered along with the package.

6.How do you match the colors if I have unique design?

We precisely matches your colors using the Pan tone Matching System. To ensure accurate color duplication, it is better to provide a color print out of your artwork with the PMS colors specified.

7.Can you replicate a real product?

Yes. We have replicated bottles, cans, hats etc. We can replicate your product's shape form simple images, with professional design team we can replicate make all the details referring the original product and make 3D mock up fast. Inflatables is always eye-catching and make your brand stands out!

8.How long does it take for a final design to be produced ready for my approval?

Depending on the complexity of the project and the order quantity, the final design averages 7 days to be completed.

9.Can you make a waterproof or flame retardant inflatable?

We have different materials and skills to produce inflatables of water resistance, UV proof or flame retardant. Please contact us if there is special requirement to your inflatables so we can have discussion.
