Scientific Fixing Methods
Select appropriate fixing solutions based on the type and application scenario of the inflatables.
For outdoor inflatables such as inflatable arches and advertising inflatable products, combine multiple fixing measures including ground stakes, sandbags and ropes. For large outdoor advertising inflatable installations, secure the base to the ground with ground stakes first, then place sandbags around the mold to enhance stability and wind resistance.
Weather Condition Monitoring
Always check the weather forecast before using inflatables. Do not operate them under severe weather like strong winds (generally Beaufort wind scale 4 to 5 and above), heavy rain or snow.
For large inflatables including bounce castles and air-supported structures, install wind speed meters and other weather monitoring devices. Take prompt measures such as deflating the mold or reinforcing the fixation once dangerous wind speeds are detected.

Proper Site Selection
Ensure the placement site is flat, clean and free of sharp objects. Inspect and clear the site before installation, removing gravel, glass scraps, metal fragments and any items that may puncture the inflatable material.
For indoor use, check the ceiling height and surrounding obstacles to prevent the inflatables from colliding with ceilings, walls or other facilities.
Operator Training
Provide professional training for staff responsible for the installation, operation, maintenance and dismantling of inflatables. The training covers structural principles, standard safety operating procedures and emergency response protocols.
Operators shall learn to adjust air pressure correctly, identify potential safety hazards, and carry out rapid emergency measures such as evacuating crowds in unexpected situations — for example, if the inflatables is blown over by wind or suffers rapid air leakage.
Clear Safety Signage Installation
Post prominent safety signs around the inflatables to remind users of safety regulations. The signs shall indicate the maximum occupancy, usage precautions (no smoking, no sharp objects allowed, etc.) and emergency contact numbers.
For children’s play inflatables, use eye-catching colors and patterns to mark the applicable age range and forbidden dangerous behaviors, such as climbing on the edges of the inflatables.
