During the inflation process, please note that the air beams do not require manual assistance once inflation begins. Inflatable tents are composed of air beams and an outer canopy. When unfolding the tent, you may observe that certain sections do not inflate immediately—this requires you to gently stretch or open those areas manually.
Below is a detailed step-by-step guide for setting up your inflatable tent:
Unpack the Tent
Take out the inflatable tent from its storage bag and lay it flat on the ground (ensure the surface is even and free of sharp objects). Fully unfold the tent and smooth it out into position.
Inflate the Tent
(1) Open the valve cap to expose the inflation/deflation valve.
(2) Unscrew the caps from both the inflation and deflation valves. Align the electric pump’s nozzle with the valve and begin inflating. Once the tent is fully upright, disconnect the pump and securely replace the valve cap.
(3) During inflation, keep the safety valve open. The ideal inflation pressure allows the air beam to feel slightly soft when pressed by hand.
Secure Guy Lines
Anchor the tent using guy lines and stakes. Align the guy lines either along the diagonal direction of the groundsheet or at a 45° angle relative to the tent body.
Electrical Connections
If interior lighting is needed, route a power cord from an external power source through the valve opening on the outer canopy. Pass the cord between the inner and outer fabric layers, guiding it along an air beam toward the center top of the tent. For other powered equipment, feed the power cord through the designated outer canopy valve opening and exit it from the bottom of the inner tent for use.
Packing Up After Use
(1) Release and coil all guy lines.
(2) Unscrew the valve cap counterclockwise, press down the valve core to release air, then attach the pump’s inflation hose to its exhaust port. Position the exhaust nozzle over the valve to extract any remaining air. Finally, tighten all valve caps securely.
(3) Fold the tent: first fold it horizontally inward from both sides, then fold again horizontally. Next, fold sequentially in one direction along the length, and place it back into the storage bag.
Repairs
(1) If the tent gets accidentally torn or punctured, repair it promptly.
(2) Clean the damaged area and apply adhesive evenly.
(3) Cut a patch of suitable size, apply adhesive evenly to it as well.
(4) Allow the adhesive to dry for 2–3 minutes, then firmly press the patch onto the damaged area.
