Classification of Arches: Single arch, double arch, special-shaped arch, tent arch, event arch, festive arch, grand opening arch, etc.
Usage and Precautions for Inflatable Arches
Material: Typically made from double-coated and thickened Oxford cloth for continuous inflatable arches, or PVC material for airtight inflatable arches.
Thickened Oxford Cloth: Soft and mild in color, flexible, breathable, with excellent strength and durability. Easy to wash, available in various designs, and has a long service life.
PVC Airtight Inflatable Arch: PVC is a commonly used inflatable membrane material with good weather resistance and wear resistance. It is often used for inflatable arches, balloons, and columns. PVC inflatable membranes offer excellent airtightness, maintaining a stable pressure difference between inside and outside for extended periods, making them ideal for applications requiring high airtightness. Ordinary fabric strength generally does not meet the requirements.

roduct Size: Usually selected based on the venue size. Common lengths range from 3 meters to 25 meters or even larger, with heights typically between 4 to 15 meters.
Equipment: Generally requires 1–2 blowers and 4–8 ropes or straps, each 10–20 meters long, for securing the arch. The number of ropes should match the arch size.
Precautions: When raising the arch, avoid pulling the ropes too tight, as this may prevent it from inflating properly. Keep the ropes just taut enough to allow the arch to rise slowly and prevent it from tipping to one side.
Reference Steps:
Spread out the arch into its basic shape.
Connect the blower’s power cord and plug it in.
Secure the blower nozzle to the arch’s air inlet and tie it firmly with rope.
Assign two people on each side of the arch, each holding two ropes, with one person positioned in the middle.
As the arch partially inflates, the person in the middle should gently push it upward to help it rise.
Once fully inflated, secure all ropes firmly on both sides to withstand adverse weather conditions.
In case of strong winds (above level 6), deflate and dismantle the arch.
How to Make Inflatable Products More Durable?
Choose the Right Blower:
An undersized blower may fail to fully inflate the arch, making it prone to tipping in the wind.
An oversized blower may enlarge stitching holes, reducing durability.
ecommended approach: Use the blower provided by the inflatable product manufacturer, as blower specifications may vary across brands.
Proper Use of Inflatable Fabric:
Our factory uses high-strength coated Oxford cloth, which is lightweight, strong, and offers excellent crack and tensile resistance.
To ensure longevity, avoid moisture exposure. Dampness can cause stitching threads to become brittle.
Never store the inflatable product while wet. If rained on, dry it thoroughly before storage.
Cleaning Methods:
Lay the inflatable product flat on a clean concrete surface.
Wipe it clean with a towel, then air-dry completely before storing.
